What does SUSTAINABILITY mean for old buildings and existing buildings? As a trained eco-consultant and auditor for sustainable buildings, I provide answers and advice. This includes the creation of a climate protection roadmap. It ensures that existing properties achieve climate neutrality by 2050 in individual steps that are structurally and financially feasible. The existing building is entering a new, climate-friendly era.

Sustainability for remodelling & renovation
Especially for existing buildings and those of old age, it is most important to plan remodelling and energy-saving renovations with appropriate ideas on building details and profound knowledge on sustainability. As an eco-consultant, I therefor offer sustainability assessment using the DGNB system. This means that ecological aspects, economic risk minimization and the needs of the users are given equal weight and the solution is optimized.
