SUSTAINABILITY CHECK
The precheck allows essential sustainability aspects of the design concept to be identified at a very early planning stage. This determines the achievable level of sustainability, taking local conditions and climate data into account.

PLANNING
Design planning includes the development of various design concepts. All concepts are visualised and presented in coloured schematic designs, including the analysis of life cycle costs.

APPLICATION FOR BUILDING PERMITS
Plan and conduct applications for building permits for new buildings and conversion. Also for building extensions, redevelopment, conversion, outdoor facilities and for the conversion of historical buildings. In this phase, the requirements for the biodiversity of the outdoor spaces are established.

CONSTRUCTION EXECUTION PLANNING
We provide schematic design plan M 1.50 including detailed planning plus interior work M 1:10 to M 1:1 with the inclusion of thermal insulation, moisture protection, sound insulation, and specifications of energy procedures. The service includes material ecology, communication necessary requirements on pollutants for all product used by the executing companies.

SPECIFICATION BOOK
As an auditor I create a practical sustainability requirements specification for everyone involved in the construction, in which the steps to achieve quality are presented and which can be used to carry out the work in a simple and organized manner.

SITE MANAGEMENT
Drawing and checking performance specifications, obtaining offers, participating in the awarding of construction site management contracts, and invoice verification as well as signing off on the artisan's services by the client are part of our services.
