Inventory of the building fabric of the monument:

• Mapping of half-timbering, natural stone, metal components
• Measurement of the building and representation in sections, ground plans, views
• Determining heights and thickness of buildings
• Representation in detail freehand or by using construction techniques
• Making a photographic documentation
• CM moisture measurement and salt content determination

SITE LOG BOOK

We offer a unique site log book production. A room-by-room and component-by-component representation of the schematic plan and textual description of the structural operations.
The intended preservation concept including the corresponding architectural plan is presented as well.

PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION

Our Studio handles the application for building permits in accordance with the supervisory authorities responsible for the protection of historical buildings.

We offer the preparation of the implementation plan and the invitation to tender and site supervision of the restoration. The documentation of all building operations, including support and counsel to the building owner until final presentation, is a vital part of this process.

SPECIAL SERVICE

We offer our expert counsel to visualise optional concepts regarding architectural design variants, while considering the protection of historical buildings as well as possible costs.
