CONCEPT CONSULTATION

The eco-consultation starts in the early planning phase and optimizes the sustainability concept. The criteria are clarified in terms of content and are organized for those involved in the planning. The precheck determines the achievable sustainability level. The pre-certification stipulates this quality level and is an advantage as a unique selling point when marketing the planned building. As an auditor, I provide all certification services and submit the project properly to the DGNB. The DGNB (German Council for Sustainability) carries out a neutral examination and awards the preliminary certificate.

CRITERIA PROCESSING

Sustainability is systematically recorded and evaluated using the DGNB catalog of criteria. This happens with regard to the 3 main criteria: ecology, economy, socio-cultural quality and the cross-sectional criteria: technology, process and location. All construction projects - whether new or existing - can be evaluated and are generally certifiable, such as:

New buildings and existing buildings / renovation projects
Residential houses (also serial prefabricated houses)
Building types with multiple certification
Ensemble with various uses
Interiors with sustainable expansion
Biodiverse outdoor facilities
Construction sites and building demolition
Single uses and mixed uses

Audit

CERTZIFICATION PHASE

As an auditor, I offer audit and certification services according to the recognized DGNB certification system. This provides an objective assessment of the project, ensures the sustainability quality and allows national and international comparison. I will create the certification documents after the project has been completed and submit them to the DGNB certification body. The German Sustainable Council (DGNB) awards the achieved plaque with a certificate, e.g. bronze, gold, silver, platinum or diamond, and with the information about the evaluation graphic that documents the respective degree of sustainability fulfillment. Receiving such an award shows the quality of the project and makes everyone involved in the construction proud!

GERMAN QNG-SEAL

As an auditor, I accompany projects with a German funding application with a pre-check for the funding request by the EE for the client, through the entire planning and construction process up to the submission of documents to the accredited verification body, the DGNB. The criteria check for the promotion of sustainable construction with the DGNB certificate and the German Sustainable Building Quality Seal (QNG) takes place together. The prerequisites are: receipt of a DGNB certificate at least in silver and fulfillment of all QNG-Plus requirements.
